Account and Data Deletion – MeetFinder

This page explains how to permanently delete your MeetFinder account and personal data or request deletion of selected data items, in accordance with Google Play and GDPR requirements.

Delete your entire MeetFinder account

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app:

• Open the MeetFinder application
• Go to Profile → Settings
• Select Delete account and confirm

After confirmation, your account is marked for deletion and will no longer be visible to other users. Once processed, the deletion is irreversible.

Request deletion of selected data

You can delete the following data directly in the app without deleting your account:

• Profile photos and uploaded media
• Profile description and personal information fields
• Filters, preferences and activity settings

To delete photos:
Profile → Tap photo → Remove photo

If you would like to request manual deletion of additional personal data (e.g. device metadata), please send an email request to:

What data is permanently removed with account deletion

• Account information (DisplayName, Email, PhoneNumber, Gender, Date of Birth)
• Profile and photos
• Matches and chats
• Location data (LatDeg, LonDeg, location history)
• User preferences and filters
• Device information and identifiers

Data that may be temporarily retained

Limited system and security logs may be stored for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance. These logs are not used for marketing, targeting or personalization.

Deletion timeline

Data deletion is typically completed within up to 7 days. You will not be able to restore your account after confirming deletion.
